/ QUALITY GUARANTEES

All items are passed through a strict quality control before being shipped out. If you receive goods that have been damaged through shipping, please notify us within five days of delivery date via support@aetelier.ae

 

/ PRIVACY POLICY

Aetelier acknowledges and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. You may visit or browse our website without giving us any information that identifies you. However when you engage in certain activities such as registering or/and placing orders, we ask you to provide us with certain personal information. It is completely optional for you to fill out these forms. Should you choose not to do so, however, it will not be possible for you to purchase the desired items. 

This privacy policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by Aetelier.

Does Aetelier share your information with others?


Please note that we may use outside shipping and printing companies to fulfill orders and a credit card processing company to bill for your goods and services. These companies are not authorized by Aetelier to retain, share, store or use the personally identifiable information that they receive from Aetelier for any other purposes. These companies are authorized to use your personally identifiable information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

 

/ RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Aetelier has a 14-day return policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to refund your products providing the following conditions have been met:

 

-The items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date

-Items must be in original condition as purchased, in their original box and packaging. Items must not have been used.

- The customer is responsible for the returned items and return-shipping expenses. Items lost in mail-process will not be compensated for. We advice to use a reliable shipping method and provide us with a tracking number.


Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s account, shipping costs are not included in the refund. Please note that if the returns do not comply with the above requirements, we are forced to return them to you. Please contact support@aetelier.ae for further return or exchange instructions.

 

/ It is not possible for us to cancel an order once it has been shipped out.
